The 25th Ely Folk Festival - 9-11 July 2010

2010 will see Ely Folk Festival celebrate its 25th anniversary. From small beginnings in 1985, the festival has grown to become one of the top music festivals in the country while maintaining its reputation for seeing great live acts in an intimate and family friendly setting.

Each Ely Folk Festival is better than the last, with an impressive guest list and programme of workshops, concerts, displays, ceilidhs and children's entertainment. The musicians appearing at the Ely Folk Festival reflect the rich diversity of the modern music scene, with a mixture of established favourites and newer talent.

Planning for the event is well underway and to mark its 25th year, the festival committee has already lined up a wonderful selection of acts including Oysterband and John Tams.   Information on acts and events booked for the 2010 festival will be available on the festival website http://www.elyfolk.co.uk/. 

The Festival Box Office will open midday on the 20th February
